The author asks for your patience and the understanding that will be gained over time regarding why the delays and possible time needed to get this fully posted. This is neither a simple nor short story. {Hopefully: Future full and expanded story details will be within different format*.}
Priority here will be given to bottom line information to enable those outside the schools i.e. parents to take necessary action for the welfare and safety of their children; especially pre-school or special needs kids. The issues herein are not restricted to just one state or one district. *And Details which are not suitable for minors will be at a separate site with proper warning.
This is too a still fluid story and as such it is hoped to use the blog to bring to the light of day some current happenings re: these issues; to also include the author’s thoughts and feelings.
Justice is blind, but when Justice is odiously rendered mute, denied a voice by the very System that is to give protection and ‘voice’ to victims of unspeakable, horrific crime – victims deliberately silenced: denied any Legal Voice, it is thru a citizen’s constitutional right to freedom of speech that one must cry out – for the world to hear – to expose, to Stop the Monsters. I intend to cry out for the entire world to hear – I will not be silenced.
For those innocent victims who can’t help themselves, with God’s help,
I will keep my promises and obtain Justice, one way or another, for us all.
TRUTH FACTS are quite stubborn in life’s records, memories, and the law.
YOU DON’T HUNT FOR MOOSE IN THE PACIFIC OCEAN
Parents, taxpayers need to know the truths, the flaws, in the very systems they think are protecting their kids — especially within school systems. More frequently than one even wants to think about, in fact, the only ones protected are the monsters. The most helpless children’s innocent voices too are silenced, denied a legal voice by the very adults within the systems that should protect them from these vile predators of children but who instead deliberately, disturbingly orchestrate an appalling cover-up.
As a factual true life story of survival, and by freelance reporting, this true story and its issues & lessons, should expose hidden monsters and put data, with recommendations, directly into the hands of parents and taxpayers for their action to immediately protect their children and also take legal & political action including needed legislative changes.
This too will expose by name the Monster(s) known within my survival story including those individual co-conspirators and entities also involved, and will name those involved in covering it up: allowing the monster(s) access to innocent prey – thus too becoming complicit. Is their conduct any less criminally onerous?
Specific Monster: the victim/survivor’s husband, since 1978, Bernard L. ‘Bernie’ Kruse; aka Berny Kruse, Bennie Kruse; he works as a school psychologist and/or director of special education; currently in Arizona. His primary individual co-conspirators impacting children, school districts, and this author are James ‘Jim’ Nelson and Melissa ‘Missy” J. (Grudem) Carey; AKA Melissa J. Kruse.
The Primary ‘legal corruption and brokenness’: is within Yavapai County, Arizona and flowed up to include the State.

Hopefully, within the freedom and responsibility of the media/press, someone will see this most horrific social secret, victims Denied A Legal Voice, impacting American woman and children, as worthy of their time and do a serious investigative and adequate exposé. Perhaps our citizens are as deserving of their help within these complex labyrinths as the press unceasingly brings to our attention the needs of the world outside our border. Who are we, as a country, to tell anyone how to treat their peoples when, for example, the Taliban treat* their woman and kids better than America does its own!
[The Taliban women know what to expect from their culture; American woman, and our nation’s children, are led to believe that we have equal protection and rights under our laws: we don’t. Our human rights and civil rights are non-existent in reality. We, especially when we are victims of domestic violence, are still too often treated as chattel of our husbands, to do with and then dispose of whenever and in whatever way he wants; with the full complicity and assistance of both branches of the law: criminal and civil— and no one gives a damn. *Their actions are unspeakable atrocities; this comparative use will be explained at a future time.]
A victim of domestic violence, in particular, the wife, in our country has no legal voice: in either parallel, concurrent parts of the legal system to which she finds she has ‘foot’ in:
Denied a Legal Voice – within the criminal process. As the victim, regarding the batterer, the perpetrator – (husband), she is silenced and all her rights trashed.
Denied a Legal Voice – within the civil process (divorce). A woman, especially a battered wife, does not have the legal right to a lawyer: all her spousal, marital rights can and are taken, stolen from her, without representation.
Domestic Violence goes across the economic social structure but as another professional woman, also a survivor, said to me, “We are part of America’s dirtiest secret – wives who are victims of the white, professional man who is a batterer, abuser (as husband, father)”; and “the ‘good ‘ol boy network that steps in to cover it up for him”.
Both silenced voices come about thru legal corruption and/or brokenness: when underscored by the absolute attitude by the powers in charge:
“Who cares, she’s his wife.”
“What difference does it make, you’re his wife”.
The Federal Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (VAWA) was sponsored by Senator Joseph Biden and, by the way he speaks of it, seems to be his highest senatorial achievement. When the facts, issues of this survival story began to emerge, a hope was born to somehow bring them to his attention, inform Senator Biden how his VAWA is ignored and ridiculed in the real world, and engage his help to make a national difference for all victims of domestic violence. As now Vice-President Biden, we pray that he will select as his priority, and utilize the leadership and force of his office, to enforce, strengthen, and expand the VAWA; to lead all voices of righteous anger regards these issues of domestic violence into needed legislative and judicial change, and to give victims of Domestic Violence Full Voice in Justice in our United States of America.
