2) You or anyone you know has gone through a similar experience but especially if as a result of the Arizona corruption and impact upon the domestic violence issues. [This will take on more relevance for those outside AZ as it unfolds.]

It is my intent to post only that which is issue helpful & for which permission to do so is received (if needed, names will be kept secure or withheld; especially if for the safety of other survivors/victims). Currently this presentation by necessity will be a bottom-line, bare bones exposure; time is of the essence.
DO NOT put forward as fact or truth any untruth. IF you are uncertain about something: label it as such and clarify it as best you can. Sometimes it’s pieces that put the whole together.
NOTE: IF you have direct information or knowledge or indirect reliable information on the specific issues or incidences – please do make contact. Soon more information will be on the blog with recommendations to whom you should also directly contact; however you must also use your best judgment too; your child’s welfare and safety comes first.
Please clearly label in your subject line the nature of your contact & upon request your identifying information will be kept secure. Some of you who have had children harmed may need and wish to take legal action as a group & AZ law has short time limits to start such action: but it is my understanding that the clock begins when you learn of the harm (to your child).
If you already knew and failed to act or were pressured to drop it, it is strongly recommended that you join forces and demand it be stopped & quit ‘passing the trash’ in Arizona as there are still steps that you can take that are not restricted by time.

- Direct consultation: for swift implementation of profile or details to watch for – to keep or get monsters out of your systems. Note: based on various dialogs, as an intimate survivor, much of the ‘how’ was observed, learned – & is of use to you.
- Guest lecturing or speaking – general population, especially parents, and or varied interest groups:
- a no holds barred on Q & A
- with specific topic focuses: ex: sexual predators in the schools & related recommendation for direct & long-term solution; cover-up, legal corruption & brokenness- of interest to both law students and lawyers; beyond the text book knowledge on victims of battered (wife) syndrome – for both graduate mental health students, & professionals.
- There’s even a piece within this for investigative reporters.
* Legislative action is an absolute must—for all parents and taxpayers.
* Because of both my professional background** and victim/survivor perspective, there is much that could be mined by law enforcement profilers; & I’m willing to co-operate with this type of process. Similarly, this survivor is willing to engage with those trying to advance legal prosecution, early recognition of the criminal perpetrator/sociopath – which by deliberate choice, both is evil and chooses to do evil (especially sexual predators and the subcategory that also targets children.), and/or mental health diagnosis if and when in fact applicable.
Finally, there is much to expose in both the myths of victims of ‘battered wife syndrome’ and topics of unmet real issues that have been silenced which too should be advanced in legal, social, legislative, and mental health components.

FOR Parents and Taxpayers: Take Action – any or all of the following recommendations & it would be proper to involve those for whom English is not the first language in the home or someone who can speak for them.
It is planned to add others – especially legislative & legal- and expand on the reasoning for these recommendations in future posts.
Discussion too, whether within topic specific blog forums or local, national groups, is a needed and valuable tool to remain truly vigilante in these issues that impact the most vulnerable.
It is planned to develop links to relevant sites and listings of resources.
